How to Request a Refund

- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to us (opened or unopened)
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Both opened and unopened product are eligible
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect
