Program Description
Gout Defense LLC ("Gout Defense," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to send you order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional messages about our products and offers. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Gout Defense, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Gout Defense by:
- Providing your mobile phone number at checkout and selecting the SMS opt-in checkbox
- Subscribing through a Gout Defense sign-up form or landing page
- Texting a designated keyword to (844) 398-8256
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages and transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) from Gout Defense at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive transactional messages for every order placed (order confirmation, shipping notification, delivery confirmation). Marketing messages are sent periodically based on your activity and preferences. You can expect a minimum of 1 message per month if subscribed to marketing communications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Gout Defense is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Gout Defense at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Gout Defense. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS activity are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our SMS platform provider (Klaviyo) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted at goutdefense.com/pages/mobile-terms-of-service with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
